Once their roles were assigned, students learned more about what it was like to actually live in these times through various projects like antiquing paper, cooking, and creating their own “cameo” profile portraits. All of this learning culminated in the job fair where students presented on their trades to both peers and parents. The students worked very hard on these projects and created a wonderful fair.
